The Board of Trustees of Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District in conjunction with the Board of Trustees for the North Harris Montgomery Community College District will convene in a special-called session on Monday, January 10, 2000, in Room S-160 at Tomball College, 30555 Tomball Parkway, Tomball, Texas at 6:00 p.m. No action will be taken.

This notice is given pursuant to Sections 551.001, et. seq. of the Texas Government Code.

The presiding officer will present the following agenda:

1. A joint meeting will be held between the Boards of Trustees for the North Harris Montgomery Community College District and the Cypress Fairbanks Independent School District for the purpose of allowing board members to get acquainted and to present information regarding campus and curriculum opportunities for community residents.

On this 3^rd day of January, 2000, this notice was mailed or faxed to news media, who previously requested such notice, was broadcast on Warner Cable channel 16; and a copy was posted on the window in the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District Instructional Support Center at 4:00 p.m.
