The following item(s) are being added to the agenda: Action Items

  1. The Board will consider approving an Earnest Money Contract styled Purchase and Sale agreement for the purchase of property on West Little York Road. [This item may be discussed in closed session pursuant to Section 551.072.]
  2. The Board will consider granting an easement of approximately 0.415 acres, located in the Fairfield subdivision, to Municipal Utility District No. 354. [This item may be discussed in closed session pursuant to Section 551.072.]

For the purpose of a private consultation with the Board’s attorney on any or all subjects or matters authorized by law.

This addendum was posted at 4:00 p.m. on November 8, 2002, in the outside display case of the Cypress-Fairbanks ISD Instructional Support Center, and electronically transmitted to those members of the news media who have requested a copy.
