Transcript requests must be made in writing.  Official transcripts are $2.00 and will be sent directly to the institution.  Unofficial transcripts are $1.00 and may be picked up by the student or parent (if the student is 17 or younger).

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Transcripts for students who graduated in June, 2009, and prior,  AND students who did not complete graduation requirements, but left the district in June, 2008, are held at the CFISD Records Center located at 11330 Falcon Rd., Houston, Texas, 77064.  The Center is open from 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding July 4.  For more information, please see the Records Center website at http://www.cfisd.net/dept2/general/records.htm.

Transcripts are available in the Registrar’s Office at your high school campus.  Transcript requests must be made in writing.  Official transcripts are $2.00 and will be sent directly to the institution.  Unofficial transcripts are $1.00 and may be picked up by the student or parent (if the student is 17 or younger).
