Cypress-Fairbanks ISD (except Cypress Lakes HS who will administer PLAN) will administer the PSAT to all tenth-grade students (free of charge) on Wednesday, October 14, 2009. Eleventh-grade students may choose to take the PSAT for a fee of $16.00. Saturday, October 17, 2009, is an alternate testing date for juniors only at Jersey Village High School. Contact the high school counseling office for specific times and additional details.
As stipulated by HB 1844 (TEC 29.916), home-schooled students may attend public school to participate in the PSAT administration. Specific registration information can be obtained by calling the Guidance and Counseling office at the Instructional Support Center or the counseling office at any of the district's high schools.
