Resource is a structured special education program for students identified, through the referral/assessment process, as having a disability.  The special education teacher provides instruction through an Individual Education Plan (IEP).  The focus of the classroom is to build on/improve skills that have been identified on the IEP as a deficit area.  Grading, lesson planning, modifications and adaptations are the responsibility of the special education teacher.
