The sandwich department prepares all the bun sandwiches for service in the district. They prepare approximately 8,000 sandwiches each day. This department prepares the hamburgers, cheeseburgers, ham and cheese croissants, hot dogs, etc. Each sandwich travels down a conveyor belt for assembly by the employees. At the end of the conveyor belt each sandwich is individually wrapped and labeled.
