This department prepares all the burritos, chicken pot pies and enchiladas that are on the menu. The room where the specialty department is located is a controlled temperature room. It is maintained at 34 degrees F. We grate cheese during the day in this department. At night, this controlled temperature area is used for slicing meat and cheese.
