student transcript request site.
Student
transcripts are permanent records of the district and shall
only be made available to those with the required information.
Please read the following information before going forward.
The high
school registrar retains all high school student transcripts
for approximately one and a half years after the student’s
graduation date. For example, if you are a May 2006 graduate,
your transcript will remain at your high school until December
2007. Because of ongoing renovations of Cy-Creek and Jersey
Village, those schools transcripts will only remain on campus
for one year after graduation. Should you need access to your
transcript during these time periods, please contact your high
school’s registrar’s office. Please click on Contact

If your
graduation date was over the time periods listed above, you
may obtain a copy of your transcript by visiting the Cypress-Fairbanks
ISD Property, Records and Textbook Department. The Record’s
Department is located at:
