If your child is currently enrolled in Cypress-Fairbanks I.S.D., and over the summer you moved from one school zone to another within the district, you need to provide the registrar (at your child's new home campus) with your current proof of residence during new student registration. The registrar will request your child's records from his/her previous school.

Establishing residency for a student who is living with a parent/guardian in a residence that they are not owning/renting. Form must be completed and submitted to the campus registrar during initial enrollment and renewal.
If someone other than the parent listed on the birth certificate or a legal guardian (with judge appointed custody) is enrolling the student, the following must be submitted prior to enrollment (along with the other admissions requirements listed above):
