Featuring the largest number of participating campuses to date, the Choral Festival was held for free due to the support of district partner Cy-Hope, which has sponsored the event since its 2013 rebirth.

Karla Sosa, head choral director at Campbell Middle School, served as the selected director for the festival.

“The students were well prepared and provided an exciting night of music for an audience including parents, families and friends, as well as CFISD Board members, administrators, staff and representatives of Cy-Hope!” said Loretta Bourn, coordinator of elementary music. “As elementary music coordinator, I am grateful and proud that CFISD and the community support fine arts and specifically, elementary music.”
