Paraprofessional to Teacher/Certification
Cypress-Fairbanks ISD encourages all staff members to be life-long learners. As the district continues to experience rapid growth and demographic changes, there is a need to employ high quality teachers. One of our goals is to encourage paraprofessionals to explore the possibility of earning their college degree and/or teaching certificate. As paraprofessionals,
- you have the unique perspective of working with students and staff in an education setting;
- you are familiar with the district’s culture and expectations; and,
- you are an integral part of the learning community.
