I have previous teaching experience. What will Cypress-Fairbanks need to assure that my salary reflects this experience?
* If an individual has previous experience in an accredited public or private school, an original, official service record will be required. Salary credit for experience earned in out-of-state institutions will not be granted until the original service records are received and verified. You will need to contact your previous district to obtain an official service record. Click on the following to download the appropriate request form.
Please have the records returned to you that way you can verify that they are correct before submitting them to the district.
*If you do not have your official service record before your scheduled contract signing session that’s okay. Many school districts will send out their end of the year records sometime in July or August.
Once you receive them, please verify that the years and dates are correct. Sign them at the top and then send them to:
