On behalf of the Cypress-Fairbanks Educational Foundation (CFEF), Kim Watson and John Fox (right), co-chairs of the 2000 Salute to the Stars gala, present Cypress-Fairbanks ISD Superintendent Rick Berry (left) with a check for $54,076 that will fund the district’s instructional grant program for teachers. The money, raised through proceeds from the 2000 gala, was presented during this year’s Salute to the Stars event in October.
