To promote literacy and encourage parents to read to their children, Sheridan Elementary recently hosted Bedtime Story Night for families with students in grades PPCD and Pre-K through grade 2. Parents received tips on how to read to their children and then settled down to put those tips to work by reading to their children and enjoying some milk and cookies.
