Athletic physicals for the 2004-05 school year will be performed Saturday, May 22 at Cypress Creek High School, 9815 Grant Road, for all middle school and high school athletes. Examinations for all high school and middle school girls will begin at 1 p.m. and physicals for all high school and middle school boys will begin at 2:30 p.m. Athletes are requested to wear shorts and use the gymnasium entrance. The cost of the physical will be $15. All athletes are invited regardless of the sport they intend to play. Parents and athletes are reminded that all athletes must have a physical before participating in tryouts or practice for their sport in 2004-05 school year. All forms will be available at the door or may be picked up at the switchboard at Cypress Creek High School. The forms are also available on the district’s Web site www.cfisd.net.
