Athletic physicals for the 2004-05 school year will be performed Saturday, May 22 at Cy-Fair High School, 22602 Hempstead Highway, for all high school and middle school athletes who do not have a physical. Examinations for high school and middle school girls will be administered from 8 to 9:30 a.m., examinations for high school boys will be given from 9 to 10:30 a.m. and examinations for middle school boys will be given from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Athletes are requested to wear shorts and use the gymnasium entrance. The cost of the physical will be $15 and checks should be made payable to Dr. Scot Frost. Parents and athletes are reminded that all athletes must have a physical before participating in tryouts or practice for their sport. All forms will be available at the door or may be picked up at the switchboard at Cy-Fair High School and are also available on the district’s web site www.cfisd.net.
