Cypress-Fairbanks ISD Trustees honored Roy Sprague, senior director for facilities planning and construction, during the November 11 board meeting. Sprague was honored for receiving the 2002 Distinguished Service Award from the Council of Educational Facility Planners International (CEFPI).
He was selected for the award for his service to the region and to CEFPI. He received the award during the CEFPI Annual International Conference in Phoenix, Arizona on October 20, 2002.
