Thirteen Cypress Falls High School seniors have been named Commended Students in the 2003 National Merit Scholarship Program. Approximately 34,000 students nationwide are being honored for their exceptional academic promise.
Commended Students placed among the top 5% of more than one million students who entered the Merit Program by taking the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test during their junior year.
Cypress Falls seniors achieving Commended status are: Adam Brekke, Daniel Grysen, Lan Hoang, Amanda Humphrey, Rachel King, David Kuten, Matthew Monson, Jason Peart, Sapan Shukla, Patricia Strong, Sylvia Szafarczyk, Sang Thirugnanasampa and Paige Thorleifson.
