Cypress-Fairbanks ISD Trustees honored the 2001-2002 Fiest Elementary Student Council during the October 15 board meeting. Student council members were honored for receiving the American Student Council Association Honor Council Excellence Award. Representing Fiest Elementary were Layton McCown, president of the 2002-03 student council, Carol Mumma, student council sponsor, and Woodie Andre', principal.
