Athletic Physicals for the 2003-2004 school year will be performed at Jersey Village High School, 7600 Solomon, for all athletes that will be attending Jersey Village High School, Cook Middle School and Dean Middle School.
The Athletic Physical date schedule will be as follows:
Saturday, May 10, 2003
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon - High School
Boys
12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. - Lunch Break (no physicals during this time)
1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. - Jr. High and High School Girls
2:30 p.m. to (3:30 p.m. or until we finish) - Jr. High Boys
All athletes are requested to wear shorts. The cost of the physical will be $15. The Team Physician for Jersey Village High School, Dr. David Mack, will be performing the physicals. All checks should be made payable to Dr. David Mack.
All athletes are invited regardless of the sport they intend to play. If there are any questions please call David Griffin, the Athletic Trainer at Jersey Village High School. The school telephone number is 896-3400.
