Athletic physicals for the 2003-04 school year will be performed Friday, August
15, 2003, at Cypress Creek High School, 9815 Grant Road, for all middle school
and high school athletes. Examinations for all athletes will be administered
from 2:30 to 6 p.m. Athletes are requested to wear shorts and shirts and use
the gymnasium entrance. Parent and athletes are reminded that all athletes must
have a physical before participating in tryouts or practice for their sport.
All forms will be available at the door or may be picked up at the switchboard
at CFISD middle schools and high schools and are also available on the district's
web site www.cfisd.net. The cost of the physical will be $15. Checks should
be made payable to Dr. William Hayes. All athletes are invited regardless of
the sport they intend to play. For more information, contact the Cypress Creek
