Athletic physicals for the 2003-04 school year will be performed Thursday, August
7, 2003, at Cy-Fair High School, 22602 Hempstead Highway, for all athletes who
do not have a physical. Examinations will be administered from 5 p.m. until
8 p.m. and athletes are requested to wear shorts and use the gymnasium entrance.
The cost of the physical will be $15 and checks should be made payable to Dr.
Scot Frost. Parents and athletes are reminded that all athletes must have a
physical before participating in tryouts or practice for their sport. All forms
will be available at the door or may be picked up at the switchboard at Cy-Fair
High School and are also available on the district's web site www.cfisd.net.
