Athletic physicals for the 2003-04 school year will be performed Thursday, August
7, 2003, at Jersey Village High School, 7600 Solomon St., for all athletes that
will be attending Jersey Village High School, Cook Middle School and Dean Middle
School. Examinations for boys will be administered from 5 to 7 p.m. and girls
examinations will be administered from 7 to 8 p.m., or until finished. Athletes
are requested to wear shorts. Jersey Village team physician Dr. David Mack will
be performing the physicals. The cost of the physical will be $15. Checks should
be made payable to Dr. David Mack. All athletes are invited regardless of the
