Sports physicals for the 2003-2004 school year will be administered in the athletics area of Langham Creek High School Saturday, July 26, 2003. Physicals for boys will be conducted from 9 a.m. to noon. Physicals for girls will be conducted from 1 to 3 p.m. The cost for this service is $15, and checks should be made payable to Dr. James P. Fogarty. State-approved physical forms are available through the athletics department of the school your child presently attends and at Langham Creek High School.
