Birkes Elementary Principal Carla Brosnahan and her staff were recently welcomed
to the neighborhood with a hearty lunch of Texas food provided by Texas Roadhouse
Restaurant.
"We were so excited to be treated to lunch from The Texas Roadhouse. What a welcome to the community! It was a wonderful way to kick off our new school year. We really appreciate their support," said Carla Brosnahan, principal at Birkes Elementary.
Nick Hernandez, general manager of the restaurant, brought plenty of chicken, ribs, sausage and green beans and Andy the Armadillo, the Texas Roadhouse mascot, to the new school to welcome staff members as they prepared for the opening of school.
