Retiring Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District Superintendent Rick Berry has been selected the Alumnus of the Year by Weatherford College. He will be honored at the Awards Brunch during Weatherford College’s homecoming activities April 16-17, 2004.
The Weatherford College Alumni Association selects one alumnus a year to be honored. The selection committee is comprised of the president of the Alumni Association, the president of the Local Coyotes Ex-Students, the 2003 Alumnus of the Year, a previous Distinguished Alumnus awardee and an alumnus-at-large.
