Wells Fargo District Manager Ralph Adams (right) presented Pam Scott, Cypress-Fairbanks ISD Partners in Education director, with a check for $6,990 through its Team Up for Our Schools program. Wells Fargo is donating more than $80,000 to 27 Houston-area school districts through the program, which was created to help financially support public schools during a time of unprecedented budget shortfalls. Last summer, Wells Fargo announced it would donate up to $30 to local school districts for qualified new accounts opened during the two-month Team Up for Our Schools program. As a result of this program, Wells Fargo is donating $396,000 to school districts across Texas and $2.9 million throughout Wells Fargo’s 23-state territory.
