TRUSTEES RECOGNIZE VOLUNTEERS

Cypress-Fairbanks ISD trustees honored Campbell Middle School volunteer Benson Vann and Windfern High School volunteer Richard Coleman during the April 13 formal board meeting.

Vann received the award for Outstanding Adult Volunteer for a large school district while Coleman earned the award for Outstanding Partnership Liaison for a large school district during the Annual State Conference of the Texas Association of Partners in Education (TAPE) at the San Luis Conference Center in Galveston, February 4-6, 2004.

“These two gentlemen have distinguished themselves for the extraordinary volunteer service they provide in our schools,” said Pam Scott, director of Partners in Education. “These two have been singled out as state award winners by the Texas Association of Partners in Education. We are very proud to have these fine men as volunteers in our district.”
