Athletic physicals for students planning to play sports during the 2004-05 school year will be administered Tuesday, August 3 at Cypress Ridge High School, 7900 N. Eldridge Parkway. Physicals will be held in the athletic area of the school and will be administered from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Athletes are requested to wear shorts. Dr. Alain Elbaz will administer the physicals for $15. Checks should be made payable to Dr. Alain Elbaz. All athletes are invited regardless of the sport they intend to play. Parents and athletes are reminded that all athletes must have a physical before participating in tryouts or practice for their sport in 2004-05 school year. All forms will be available at the door or may be picked up at the switchboard at Cypress Ridge High School. The forms are also available on the district’s Web site www.cfisd.net.
