
Four Cypress Creek High School seniors recently accepted college scholarships to continue their athletic careers.
Adam Fretwell has accepted a track scholarship with Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas. He plans to train as a decathlete and major in business at Kansas State.
Trey Sperring received a partial scholarship to Rice University for baseball. He plays shortstop and pitcher for the Cy-Creek Cougars. He plans to major in managerial studies with a minor in economics.
Marysa Stults and Shannon Crooks received softball scholarships to Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana for softball. Stults plays second base for the Cy-Creek Lady Cougars and plans on majoring in business and marketing. Crooks is the center fielder for the Lady Cougars and plans on majoring in education.
