The Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District has scheduled a Board Candidate Forum for Tuesday, April 12 from 7 - 9 p.m. in the Board Room of the Instructional Support Center, 10300 Jones Road.
Candidates for the regular May 7 Board of Trustees Election are Lou Bertoli and Donna Hackemack Bryant for Position 3 and Lida C. Woodul for Position 4.
Candidates running for Position 7 to complete the term of the seat vacated by Dr. William H. O’Brien must file by April 6, 2005, for a position on the ballot of the Special-called Election on May 7. At this time, Bob R. Covey, Richard Franco, Monique Booth Hazell, Cheryl Hultquist, Robert Kossman, and Waqas Shaikh are candidates for Position 7.
The Candidate Forum will air live on Time-Warner Cable Channel 16 and can be viewed on CFTV Online on the district website at www.cfisd.net beginning Wednesday, April 13.
