The matchups are set for the area round of the boys’ and girls’ soccer playoffs.
The Jersey Village boys’ defeated MacArthur March 29 and advanced to play Katy at 6 p.m. at Cypress Springs High School on Friday, April 1. The Cypress Falls boys’ (who had a bye in the first round) will play Strake Jesuit at Klein High School’s annex field (located behind Klein High) at 7 p.m. on April 1. The Cypress Creek boys’ ended their season with a loss to Stratford on March 29.
The Cypress Creek Lady Cougars defeated Stratford on March 29 and will play Clements High School at 5:30 p.m. on April 1 at Alief Auxiliary field (located next to Elsik High School). The Cypress Falls Lady Eagles beat Aldine March 29 to advance to the area round against Katy Taylor at 7 p.m. on April 1 at Cypress Falls. The Cy-Fair Lady Bobcats had a bye in the first round and will play Fort Bend Austin at Morton Ranch High School in Katy at 6 p.m. on April 1.
