Sports physicals for the 2005-2006 school year will be administered in the athletics area of Langham Creek High School Saturday, May 7. Physicals for boys will be conducted from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Physicals for girls will be conducted from noon to 2 p.m. The cost for this service is $15 and checks should be made payable to Dr. James P. Fogarty. Parents should complete their section of the physical form prior to the examination. State-approved physical forms are available through the athletics department of the school your child presently attends and at Langham Creek High School.
