VOLUNTEERS AND BUSINESS PARTNERS TO BE HONORED DURING MAY 11 CELEBRATION
Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District will celebrate the 19 th year of generous service and donations that the volunteers and business partners continue to contribute to the students and staff during the annual Volunteers in Public Schools (VIPS) appreciation event on May 11 at the Berry Center. “This is a wonderful way to honor those who have given so much to district students and staff members,” said Pam Scott, director of Partners in Education. “We are so appreciative of all our volunteers and business partners and we are excited to host this year’s event in the new Berry Center.” Several businesses have already signed up to serve as underwriters for the celebration, including: Amegy Bank, Brooks & Sparks, Inc., Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group, Carl’s Bar-B-Que, CenterPoint Energy, Cy-Fair Federal Credit Union, Cypress-Fairbanks Funeral Home, Fox & Bubela, General Growth Properties * Bridgeland, Houston Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Methodist Hospital-Willowbrook, McAlister’s Deli, PBK Architects, Proline Supply, the Schubot Law Firm, and Total Recreation Products. Those interested in participating as an event underwriter may contact the partners in education office at (281) 807-8604. Invitations for the celebration will be mailed to guests. Reservations are required. |
