April 6, 2006   ATHLETIC PHYSICALS TO BE ADMINISTERED AT CYPRESS FALLS HIGH SCHOOL 2006-07 Preparticipation Physical Evaluation Form Athletic physicals for boys and girls planning to play sports during the 2006-07 school year will be administered on May 9 from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Cypress Falls High School, 9811 Huffmeister Rd. All high school and middle school athletes can get their athletic physical for $15. Payment must be in the form of cash or check. All checks should be made payable to Dr. David McChesney who will administer the athletic physicals. Students are requested to wear shorts.
