November 13, 2007 — CFISD Superintendent Dr. David Anthony recognized Stuart Snow asthe new associate superintendent for business services during the regularly scheduled Board meeting on Monday night.

Snow replaces George Hobson, who will retire at the end of the fall semester. Snow comes to Cypress-Fairbanks ISD from Spring ISD, where he served as the associate superintendent for financial and support services divisions, the assistant superintendent of business and financial services and the executive director of business and financial services from 1990 to present.

Prior to joining Spring ISD, Snow was the Senior Manager at Houston-based Deloitte & Touche LLP from 1979-1990.

He has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston, is a Certified Public Accountant and a Registered Texas School Business Administrator.

“I want to thank the Board of Trustees and Dr. Anthony for this tremendous opportunity,” Snow said during the Board meeting. “To work in Cy-Fair ISD is truly a dream come true for me.”
