June 25, 2008 — Nine spring sports athletes were named to the Houston Chronicle All-Greater Houston (AGH) teams, announced last week.

Cypress Creek High School senior Austin Brooks was named to the AGH Tennis First Team in Boys Singles.

Cypress Falls High School senior Blake Shaw was named an AGH Track and Field Boys Top Performer in distance running.

Cy-Fair High School senior pitcher Tommy Collier was named to the AGH Baseball First Team. Cypress Woods High School junior infielder Andy Lada, Cy-Fair junior infielder Zach Thomas and Cy-Fair senior outfielder Robbie Grossman were named to the Second Team, while Langham Creek High School senior catcher Max Jenkins was named to the Third Team.

Cypress Woods junior pitcher Kat Moreno and Cy-Fair senior outfielder Patti Bradshaw was named to the AGH Softball Third Team.
