June 30, 2008 — Cypress-Fairbanks ISD is reaching out to senior residents 60 or older by offering Super Senior Cards as part of the Super Senior program.
The Super Senior Card is designed to provide the following services to CFISD senior citizens: free admission to any CFISD athletic event at any district facility, excluding playoffs; free admission to student fine arts performances at any district facility, excluding fund raisers; access to high school libraries (book checkout only); and access to designated adult computer classes as space permits.
Effective for the 2008-2009 school year, the Super Senior Card is designed to show appreciation for senior citizens in our community for their ongoing support of CFISD. The cards will be available beginning Aug. 1, 2008.
Seniors can submit an application for a Super Senior Card on the district’s website (www.cfisd.net) beginning August 1 or at the CFISD Communication Office, located at 10300 Jones Road, during regular business hours (8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). Renewal cards will automatically be issued to the resident each year and mailed to the address on record.
