CFISD 2010-2011 athletic physical dates announced

April 8, 2010 — CFISD has scheduled its annual athletic physical examinations for the 2010-2011 school year at every district high school.

All high school and middle school boys and girls enrolled in CFISD schools may attend. Examination cost will be $20 per student at the following sites:

  • Cypress Creek High School: Friday, May 7, 1:30 to 5 p.m. Make checks payable to Cy Creek High School. For more information, call athletic trainer Erin Godfrey at 281-897-4232.

  • Cy-Fair High School: Saturday, May 29, 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for girls and 10:30 a.m. to noon for boys. Make checks payable to Dr. Scot Frost. For more information, call athletic trainer Arnold Thomas at 281-897-4671.

  • Cypress Falls High School: Thursday, May 20, 5 to 7 p.m. Make checks payable to Dr. David McChesney. For more information, call athletic trainer Robert Maniscalco at 281-856-1054.

  • Cypress Lakes High School: Wednesday, May 12, 3 to 6:30 p.m. Cash or money order only. For more information, call athletic trainer Alain Dorval at 281-856-1273.

  • Cypress Ranch High School: Wednesday, April 21, 5 to 9 p.m. Make checks payable to Cypress Ranch Athletics. For more information, call athletic trainer Phillip Reed at 281-373-2530.

  • Cypress Ridge High School: Monday, May 24, 4 to 7 p.m. Make checks payable to Dr. James Fogarty. For more information, call athletic trainer Brian Anderson at 281-807-8058.

  • Cypress Springs High School: Saturday, May 8, 8 a.m. to noon. Cash or money order only. For more information, call athletic trainer Kim Faterkowski at 281-345-3137.

  • Cypress Woods High School: Saturday, May 15, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Make checks payable to Cy-Woods Booster club. For more information, call athletic trainer Laura Anderson at 281-213-1881.

  • Jersey Village High School: Thursday, May 27, 1:30 to 5 p.m. Make checks payable to the JVHS Athletic Booster Club. For more information, call athletic trainer Tom Piotrowski at 713-896-3432.

  • Langham Creek High School: Tuedsay, May 25, 4 to 7 p.m. Make checks payable to Dr. James Fogarty. For more information, call athletic trainer Joe Newman at 281-463-5417.
