UIL Region 27 Marching Contest set for Oct. 22
Oct. 4, 2011— Cypress-Fairbanks ISD will host the UIL Region 27 Marching Contest on Saturday, Oct. 22 at the Berry Center (8877 Barker Cypress Road).
Ten visiting schools will join the 10 CFISD high schools competing in the contest, hosted by Cypress Lakes High School band director Manuel Gonzales.

Performances will begin at 9 a.m. Admission is $3 per person and the CFISD Super Senior Card will be honored at the gate. The Super Senior Card is available to CFISD taxpayers living in the district who are 60 years or older to show appreciation for their ongoing support to the district.
