Join us at the free Mental Health & Wellness Fair on Dec. 3 at the Berry Center to connect with local providers, explore student exhibits, and enjoy self-care activities. Hosted by MHIT, the event runs from 3:30–6:30 p.m. and follows a clear bag policy.

Nov. 14, 2025—Bridgeland High School senior Linley Adams was awarded the 2025-26 Celebrate Texas Public Schools scholarship at the Friends of Texas Public Schools (FOTPS) Friend of the Year Dinner on Nov. 12 at McLane Stadium in Waco.

Nov. 14, 2025—Representatives from Modern Woodmen Fraternal Financial visited staff members at Cook Middle School and Rowe Middle School on Oct. 27 and Nov. 10, respectively, to officially announce their Adopt-a-School partnership with the campuses.

Nov. 14, 2025—Dr. Plas Williams Jr., principal at Truitt Middle School, was named the new principal at Cypress Springs High School on Nov. 14. Dr. Williams replaces Dr. Cheryl Henry, who will retire in December.

Nov. 14, 2025— Cook Middle School eighth grade student Jia Sanja was named to the 2026 United States Archery Team (USAT) in the Female Recurve U15 division.

Nov.13, 2025—CFISD ended its football season with Cypress Ranch High School claiming the District 16-6A championship and five teams from two districts qualified for UIL bi-district playoffs.

Nov. 13, 2025—The Cypress Ranch High School volleyball team won the Region II-6A championship on Nov. 11, advancing to the state semifinal for the first time in program history.
