Inclement Weather Policy
Safety is our number one priority.
In the event of inclement weather that may affect extracurricular activities, the Athletics Department will work closely with district personnel to determine the best course of action to insure the safety of our students, staff and patrons.
Notices of weather-related delays, rescheduling or cancellations before an event begins will be communicated via School Messenger and other established methods of communication with parents. Pre-purchased tickets for rescheduled events will be honored. Refunds cannot be issued for pre-purchased tickets.
Weather-related delays or cancellations during an event will be determined on an individual basis. Refunds cannot be issued for tickets purchased at a game that is cancelled.
