- CFISD is the 3rd largest school district in the State of Texas
- CFISD Police Department has an authorized strength of 111 Police Officers and 36 Support Services Personnel
- CFISD encompasses 187 square miles of Northwest Harris County

- CFISD Police Department was established in January of 2012
- Prior to CFISD Police Department the Harris County Constables Pct. 4 provided all contracted law enforcement services to the district
