UIL District Executive Committee
The UIL District Executive Committee is formed to rule on protests and reports of UIL violations concerning eligibility and other violations of the UIL Constitution and Contest rules that occur within the competitive UIL district. The voting members of the UIL DEC committees that CFISD participate in are the principals of each of our member high schools. The District 16-6A DEC committee is made up of the principals of the following high schools: Bridgeland, Cy Falls, Cy Lakes, Cy Park, Cypress Ranch, Cy Springs, Cy Woods and Langham Creek. The District 17-6A DEC committee is made up of the principals of the following high schools: Cy Creek, Cy-Fair, Cy Ridge, Jersey Village, Memorial, Northbrook, Spring Woods and Stratford.

Meetings of the District 16-6A District Executive Committee are open to the public except for any closed (executive) session held in compliance with Texas Open Meetings Act. Persons interested in a District Executive Committee hearing and desiring communication with the District Executive Committee or any special accommodations should contact Ray Zepeda, UIL District 16-6A Executive Committee Chairman and Athletic Director of Cypress-Fairbanks I.S.D. during regular business hours at least two working days prior to the meeting.
