All 12 CFISD marching bands advanced to area

The CFISD Board of Trustees approved a 2022 tax rate of $1.2948 per $100 of property valuation, the lowest tax rate in 33 years.

Three CFISD water polo teams reached their respective regional championship games of the Class 6A playoffs, with each finishing as a regional finalist.

Cypress Ranch HS senior defensive lineman Ashton Porter was named a 2023 Under Armour All-American.

Cy-Fair HS honored former homecoming queens from more than seven decades during a halftime presentation on Sept. 30.

The Bridgeland HS girls’ and boys’ cross country teams swept the District 16-6A titles at the Cross Country Championships.

The Cypress Woods and Cypress Lakes HS girls’ soccer teams won the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award.

Cypress Creek HS welcomes a comfort dog to campus. Interquest C.A.R.E.S. (Comfort, Assist, Reassure, Encourage, Support) has now placed four dogs with CFISD schools.
