How to Request Language Interpretation Services at Your Campus

  • Need Assistance from an Interpreter?

    If you are a parent or legal guardian who is deaf or hard of hearing or speaks another language and requires an interpreter to assist you in effectively participating in a parent/teacher conference, meeting, or program, please contact the campus administrator at your child’s school to make a request for an interpreter.

    Please make your request at least three (3) school days in advance so that an interpreter can be secured for you. The campus will follow the district process to submit your request for the needed interpreter. 

  • ¿Necesita ayuda de un intérprete?

    Si usted es padre o tutor legal y padece de sordera o tiene dificultades auditivas o habla otro idioma que no sea el inglés, el CFISD le puede proporcionar un intérprete. Si necesita la ayuda de un intérprete para poder participar de forma eficaz en una reunión de padres y maestros o en un programa escolar, comuníquese con el personal administrativo de la escuela de su hijo para solicitar un intérprete.

    La solicitud debe hacerse por lo menos con tres (3) días de anticipación para que se pueda asegurar la presencia de un intérprete. La escuela seguirá el procedimiento del Distrito para enviar su solicitud de un intérprete.

  • Cần giúp từ một Thông Dịch Viên?

    Nếu quý vị là phụ huynh hoặc người giám hộ bị điếc hoặc lãng tai hoặc nói một ngôn
    ngữ khác và cần thông dịch viên để giúp quý vị tham gia hiệu quả vào cuộc họp với phụ
    huynh / thầy cô, buổi họp, hoặc chương trình học, xin vui lòng liên lạc với người quản lý
    trường học của con em để yêu cầu thông dịch viên. 

    Xin vui lòng gửi yêu cầu trước ít nhất là ba (3) ngày học để có thể đảm bảo thông dịch viên cho quý vị. Nhà trường sẽ
    tuân theo quy trình của khu học chánh để yêu cầu thông dịch viên cho quý vị.
