Please do not show up unannounced to campus for an interview or to take photos or videos.
Cypress-Fairbanks ISD and its Athletics Department reserve the right to refuse access or media requests to non-compliant individuals.
Varsity Football (Cy-Fair FCU & Ken Pridgeon Stadiums)
Media credentials must be requested each week. Requests may be submitted as early as 7:00 a.m. on Monday each week and will conclude 24 hours before each game requested. Submit all requests by completing the credential form.
A confirmation email will be sent if your credentials are approved for the game(s) requested.
Access to the stadium, field, or press box will only be granted with confirmation of proper credentials. Requested and approved media passes can be picked up at the following stadium locations preceding the contest:
Cy-Fair FCU Stadium: VIP Entrance @ mid-point of the home side of the stadium (double glass doors)
Ken Pridgeon Stadium: VIP Lobby located behind home ticket booth (access through pass gate)
Press box access is limited in capacity, with priority given to media outlets that have historically covered our programs. All media members must list the type of access requested when utilizing the above link (press box, field, or stands).
Limited time will be given after the game for postgame interviews.
Each campus athletic program will be allowed to designate one photographer per campus to memorialize the contest. We ask that up to two photographers from that company attend on-campus contests. Any photographs taken by the approved organization will be made available digitally for the campus or district athletic program free of charge if requested.
All games played at CFISD stadiums will be streamed live on TexanLive.com.Any postgame live shots or setups are to be requested and approved before the end of the day on Tuesday each week.
Sideline access will be limited. Team boxes will be extended from the 20-yard line to the 20-yard line (see diagram). Credentialed photographers and videographers will be allowed to travel from one end of the field to the other through the team box. However, they will not be allowed to remain in the team box. Photos and videos must be taken only from the designated media areas on our stadium media maps.
Access must be requested at least 72 hours before the event to allow for coordination and communication between the athletic department and race directors/tennis coaches.
Limited time will be allocated after the game for postgame interviews.

The designated campus photographer (typically a yearbook photographer) will not need to go through the district request process but must seek approval from the campus athletic program. However, there will need to be a visible credential for the designated person.
High School Campuses:
Media members will check in with ticket sellers and present their media credentials. Access to the event will only be granted with confirmation of proper credentials.
Media members may sit in the stands to take pictures.
When courtside, all media is required to stay within the designated courtside areas. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event or future events (please see the diagram below).
Berry Center Arena:
Media members will check in at the Berry Center Entrance #2 before the contest starts at either the Media/Information Booth or the District Athletic Office (Suite 1401). Access will only be granted with confirmation of proper credentials.
