Sept. 26, 2024—Eight CFISD students will have their artwork displayed at the prestigious Texas Association of School Administrators (TASA)/Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) fall convention on Sept. 27 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio.

“This is a remarkable achievement, and I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated art teachers who guided these talented students and contributed their work to the contest,” said Lee Carrier, CFISD coordinator of visual arts. “Their commitment not only sets the stage for a successful contest season but also plays a key role in our pursuit of District of Distinction honors, as participation in TAEA-led events is an important requirement.”
