Cypress-Fairbanks ISD makes some areas of our school buildings available for rent to community groups. Whether you’re planning a meeting, performance, athletic event, or scout activity, our facilities provide safe and welcoming spaces to bring people together. Explore the options below to request the space that best fits your needs.

Payment & Rates
Facility use must be paid as invoiced, typically in advance. Rental costs vary based on the type of facility and event. Click the appropriate link below to view the current rental rates. Please note that rates are subject to change at any time. For the most up-to-date schedule, contact the Facilities Use Department.

Required Documentation

  • A valid insurance policy in the name of the organization, listing CFISD as an additional insured and/or certificate holder.
  • A copy of the group’s non-profit status (if requesting non-profit rates).

School Facilities

Looking for a place to host your next event? CFISD offers a variety of school spaces for community use, including cafeterias, gyms, auditoriums, fields, and more. Options are available at elementary, middle, and high school campuses, as well as specialty venues like Pridgeon Stadium and the Telge Exhibit Center.

Scout Groups

Scout troops are welcome to gather, meet, and host activities in our facilities. We provide flexible spaces to support troop meetings, ceremonies, and special events. For Scouting America and San Jacinto Girl Scouts holding regular weekly or monthly meetings and rallies between 6:45–8:30 p.m. (Facility Use Fees will be incurred if weeknight scout meetings are not completed by 8:30 p.m.)

Berry Center

The Berry Center is a premier multipurpose venue that hosts athletic events, fine arts performances, conferences, banquets, and community gatherings. With its arena, stadium, theatre, conference center, and catering services, it offers flexible spaces to fit a wide variety of needs.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

CFISD School Board Policy has restricted some activities on school property in an effort to maintain our buildings and preserve them for the purposes intended, as well as to uphold certain standards for our students and our community. All school board policies, community regulations, and local, state and federal laws must be followed at all times.

  • Facility use requires district supervision. The cost of this is included in the hourly rate schedules provided above.
  • Athletic events and usage involving physical activity must take place in athletic facilities, not in cafeterias, hallways, etc.
  • Activities involving school-aged participants are not permitted in school facilities on the day prior to STAAR tests, regardless of the grade level being tested.
  • Elementary schools are not available for use on school days until 6:45 p.m., due to the district’s after-school childcare program.
  • District facilities and grounds will not be available to non-District groups for public demonstrations, rallies, or political events.
  • No alcoholic beverages, vape or tobacco products are permitted on school property, including outdoor areas.
  • No open fires are permitted on district property, including cooking fires.
