Cypress-Fairbanks ISD Facilities and Construction Department seeks to enhance the working, teaching and learning environment of all staff and students by planning and constructing quality facilities. The Design & Facilities Planning Department will create educational environments that, while adhering to building code, District construction standards and programming educational specifications, are safe, inspiring and a learning catalyst for all students and staff.
